to minimise the spread of the virus and help return to normality more calmly, Decree 546 from 13th May 2020 requires our clients, suppliers and staff's temperatures to be taken.

since March 2020, in response to the first covid-19 emergency, we have been providing support for security and monitoring management.

the service is aimed at companies, large shopping centres, shops and boutiques, as well as private events or exhibitions.

Our "covid marshals" are specialised in the traditional role of access management and are trained and responsible for:

• checking that staff and guests are wearing masks and using them correctly (and / or other required devices)
• checking people are maintaining correct social distancing, hand sanitising and any other required hygiene and sanitary regulations,
• measuring staff and guests' temperature
• if necessary, carry out covid-19 emergency procedures and protocols

all management duties, as per current legislation, are drawn up by our clients and strictly followed by our staff according to the procedures and requirements requested.

we are providing this service throughout Italy.

shopping assistants

during this very particular time, we are helping many of our fashion customers (and not only them) with a "home shopping" service.

our shopping assistants will collect the goods from the specific shops which have been chosen by the buyer (remotely, with the assistance of the sales staff, from a catalogue, etc.).

the items are delivered to the buyer's home (with the utmost respect for privacy).

The customer will then be able to try, receive or return the goods based on their own choices, and this is done completely calmly and safety, from their own home.

once the decision has been made, the shopping assistant will collect the returns at an appointed time and will make sure they are returned to the shop.

we provide this service nationwide and all our shopping assistants look great, have excellent general knowledge and are reliable partners.

car rental with drive - travel safely

we immediately modified the vehicles we use for our car rental service with chauffeur to follow the requirements set out by the covid-19 pandemic, to make sure our clients travel safely and calmly:

• sanitizing vehicles before each trip / transfer
• Plexiglas dividers between the driver's seat and passengers
• hygiene wipes/ gel in the car
• chauffeur is following all hygiene/ health procedures as requested

the importance of prevention

if simple preventative measures along with the necessary procedures in the case of suspected covid-19, are set up and carried out with great care and attention, this will significantly contribute to:

• avoiding the risk of outbreaks, safeguarding the health of workers and their families as much as possible
• avoiding temporary closures, making sure businesses can continue
• guaranteeing a protected workplace,  making for a positive setup once businesses start up again
• guaranteeing shop safety, making it easier to buy products
